Home screen locked
I have a Samsung Galaxy phone, older model. My grandson locked my phone by guessing my pin too many times. I have tried everything and I cannot get it to unlock. Just keeps telling me to try again in...
Wait for the lockout time to expire, then use your correct unlock code to unlock it. If you keep trying to unlock it while the lockout is active. Even with the correct code, it will keep extending the timer.
Search online to find some answers.
If not, bring your phone to a t-mobile store. They should be able to help out I hope.
