group chat messages disappeared
I was trying to share a u-tube video yesterday evening when all of my content in a group chat disappeared. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. When I reestablished the group chat and texted that everything had disappeared, my daughter replied from her iphone (latest version) and A LOT of my content came back, except for content from yesterday all the way back to July 2021. I have contacted T-Mobile and they have a ticket in for the issue. Just wondering if I can get that content back.
you might opt to check in with Samsung on this one..Samsung phones normally use their own texting app..could have been a hiccup with it or a possible issue..TMO wouldnt be able to do anything with it..
