Galaxy A14 update
I don’t keep my phone connected to wifi or mobile because I have a unlimited phone and message only plan. Go wifi occasionally to keep apps updated etc., and a software update installed, but when it rebooted, it rebooted as though I entered a wrong account password, and is locked up. No unlock with passcode screen. All it’s good for now is emergency calls. Anyone else have this problem?
Have you tried rebooting it again to see if things come back up normally? Does someone else have access to your Gmail account that might have potentially locked you out of your device? Have you tried logging into your Gmail to see if you can remotely unlock your device?
