Feature updates for unlocked Samsung Note20 Ultra?

I have a Note20 Ultra that I bought unlocked from Samsung. I get security updates, but I don't seem to be getting feature updates. When I look at my account online or in the T-Mobile app, it says it doesn't recognize what model phone it is, but in other spots, T-Mobile appears to recognize it. Anyone know how I can fix this, so I can get updates like Android 12?

    Your device will only show up in your account if that device was purchased from T-Mobile.  Whether your device is identified as what it is doesn’t affect how your device will work.  Android 12 updates have been staggered heavily by all manufacturers due to changes in how some things work in Android 12 versus Android 11.

    Turns out I have gotten the Android 12 update.

    The T-Mobile app/account still doesn't recognize what phone I have though. That's not a big deal though.
