changing phone request, my Galaxy S22 ultra not working well with "live caption" for calls and "live transcribe"
I just recently open a tmobile account 5 days ago (6/10/22) with a plan of Magenta Max 55+ with $800 discount credit promotion for Galaxy S22 ultra.
I’m hearing impaired and I rely heavily on android’s apps: “live caption” for calls and “live transcribe”. I just realized my S22 utra is not working too well compared to my old Google pixel 4. I just noticed that Google is the primary developer of the android apps and tightly fine tune their apps with Pixel devices. Also their head developer is hearing impaired himself as well.
Is there a way for me to exchange my S22 ultra with Pixel 6 pro? What would be a cost breakdown for the transaction to proceed? Or if I want exchange my S22 later in the year once the Pixel 7 is released, what would be the exchange cost if there is any.

You have 20 days from when your S22 Ultra shipped to cancel without questions. That’s probably the best way to create a new order for Pixel 6. However if this was a trade in and you already handed over your trade in, a TMO Expert will need to do a lot more to make you whole.
Just a note - this community site is peer-to-peer so nobody on here can make any account changes for you.
