Bring back a Samsung

Hi @greengold99, Some upgrade orders placed online will allow you to turn your trade-in device in the store. Most of the time it is going to be during Jump! on Demand orders or orders where your trade-in device is already paid off. If you are doing a Jump! upgrade because your current device is still on the 24-month payment plan, most likely, you are only going to have the option for mailing the phone back to us. We try to make the process of mailing it back as easy as possible. You can put the old phone in the box that your new one came in with some padding, attach the prepaid return label, and then drop it at a UPS store or drop box. 

You will need to mail it in if you are doing a trade in.
