App an web account issues
I have 2 phone lines an they are both android phones. My husband's phone broke so I bought him a new unlocked phone from best buy an had tmobile replace the Sim card. For the past 3 months when I log into the tmobile app it shows it is an iPhone 11 pro an Sim is not connected. It also shows this when I log on the web browser. Tmobile took it off and it showed a blank phone with description Android A14 for awhile then went back to iPhone. Why is it showing this when my account should only have an Android 13 an 14?

since its a unlocked phone TMO nor any other carrier will have its info in their system. all that will pull up is generic info and rarely correct. you’ll need to have his phones info added into their system. for what its worth it wont say Androd 13 or 14 since it doesnt show the android version its on but what phone it is.
