I have been with Tmobile 17 years and I understand updates are necessary because they are SUPPOSED to improve usage, provide additional features and options and clear up issues; but for me they dont!...
Depending on what device you are using, it might be possible to return to the original firmware or an earlier firmware the device was on. Doing so though, will factory reset your device and completely wipe everything on it.
