Why does Tmobile always drop the ball when it comes to updates? Poor service.

As an official beta tester for the s23 Ultra. I can tell you that it’s 100% Samsung. Blame whoever you want but not blaming the right person isn’t going to get you your update any faster. The issues with the s22 series are related to the s22 series only, thankfully. Samsung is aware of them but the best place to get their attention, is on the Samsung Members forum.
