Worst Service

Customer service and their billing department are just HORRIBLE.  I traded 4 phones under the same plan, the phones were exactly the same, traded it for four  iphone 16s same model.  After the trade in credit, I was supposed to pay $7.08 per phone. Got my first bill and every phone has a different credit.   Not sure how you mess up something so simple.  If you can avoid T-Mobile all together.  The billing headaches are not worth the service
