Where is chat - T-Mobile bricked my phones and there is not way to contact via internet
Cannot find chat. Was changing phones. Have no landline, but have internet. Got message that SIM change is complete - but not working!
So on a side note your phone was not Bricked correct. Just some Sim issues.

Found that calling the 800 number via Skype works. Problem was transferring to an e-sim while the physical sim was still in the phone.

You can also try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
