@gramps28 > wait a few seconds a chat avatar will pop up if available. No chat avatar for the 90 minutes that I tried. First time in years on a major site that lacked a chat option. Left feedback with support agent (via Skype)

Found that calling the 800 number via Skype works. Problem was transferring to an e-sim while the physical sim was still in the phone.

Where is chat - T-Mobile bricked my phones and there is not way to contact via internet
Cannot find chat. Was changing phones. Have no landline, but have internet. Got message that SIM change is complete - but not working!
