Upgrade Plan

Is there any particular reason I have to contact support to change my plan?

I really hate talking to them, I always get someone over seas and they repeat everything I say over and over. “so you’re calling about a question about your bill, let me look up your question about your bill, the answer to the question about your bill……..”

I know I might sound like a jerk. But I just avoid calling customer support as much as I can. I have 23 years with them, they don’t have to sell me on staying. Clearly I just like simple. Thus why can’t I compare my current plan to a newer plan without having to have a sales pitch.

No, I don’t have some plan from early 2000’s I have kids and they have changed my plan so many times over the years. I just want to do a side by side comparision

  • Instead of calling, you can always send T-Mobile a DM on Facebook or Twitter to inquire about changing your plan.  They are tier 2 support from the start.

I have a grandfathered plan and it's always wanting me to upgrade it when I go there.
