Unknown phone ringing

Thanks. I did add a new app (not rouge). I checked the notification settings (all are turned off), so I don’t think that’s it.
Note that these rings come in the middle of the night to early mornings. I had to turn my phone off at night to get some sleep. Seems like someone is calling using an internet phone, probably scam calls from a foreign country. Every so often I get a notice on the top bar of some kind of “internet call”. But it’s too fast for me to identify what it is.
