Unauthorized phone number set up.

T-mobile created a new phone number using my name even though they were told it was not me.  In the ensuing months they have sent bills, after numerous calls was told that they set up fraud investigations all with no resolution.  Will be cancelling all of my true accounts and making sure all of my social media contacts know of my experience.
