Unauthorized chare of $1410
Hello,
My account was charged for $1410! We have a text and talk only plan and on the statement it says the charge is for data usage… We re not even able to call any number in the US and thus cannot contact your support either. Please refund this money to the bank account. This is some kind of fraud...

This is a customer peer help forum with very little T-Mobile presence. You should still be able to call 611 from your device no matter what. You can also reach T-Mobile via Facebook or Twitter by direct messaging them. You should also be able to call T-Mobile at 505-998-3793. This is a free call from your T-Mobile device.

We are out of the country and have been on the text and talk only plan for 1.5 years and paid every month $40. Where is this $1410 suddenly coming from? The plan does not even have an option for data and on the all the usage data it says 0 Mb of date been used. Even if there was a chance of using data, are seriously charging $1400 for 92 Mb of data? It is either there a glitch in the system or you are absolutely out of your mind. You can’t just charge customer’s card this amount of money without even sending any notification. If this money is not refunded on the soonest date, I am going to report to FTC in a addition to disputing it in the bank.
