unable to honor deal quoted 2 days earlier and documented
Has anyone else run into a situation where you were quoted a specific trade in amount and told there would probably be going for a full month since it just began, then you order the phone 2 days later and they do not honor the original agreement even though it was documented?
They settled the dispute by meeting me half way with a one time payment which didn’t really help that much, because my payment was supposed to be $43 and is now $59. so a one time payment meeting me halfway with $200 doesn’t fix my actual problem. I am disappointed for the first time ever with Tmobile.
