Same here. Went to the store, they looked at my phone, offered $800 trade in for a 6mth old Galaxy 22 Plus ($900 phone). Ported a line from Verizon, got a $1,400 Iphone, sent my phone back, got a $100 trade in, due to small crack on the screen. The only option was to get it back or accept the $100. Asked if i could buy and send it another phone and they said no. Love Tmobile but their promotions only look good on the TV.
