Tmobile rebate card doesnt work through Northlane
Hello. I recently switched to tmobile and went through hoops to get my virtual rebate card, and yet the card still does not work. I talked with customer service and ended up ordering a physical card ...
** I solved the phone number validation issue!
I do not use T-Mobile for my cell phone - only home internet. I checked the t-mobile internet App > Settings > Gateway Information > MSISDN
The MSISDN looked like a phone number. The first three letters probably correspond to your local area code. So, I tried that number on the northlane rebate activation page (link from the T-mobile rebate email)… and it worked!
So, find the number of your home internet gateway and that is the phone number you need to enter to get your rebate. You’re welcome.
