Texting other countries
Hi, If unlimited texts is part of my plan, would I be charged for texting a phone number outside the United States? Thanks.
Technically, you’d need to check T-Mobile’s rate page for the country in question but I have yet to find one that has a charge to send a text to from the US. Even odd-ball places like the Solomon Islands and Greenland are free to text. Be sure to use the fully qualified international number starting with a plus sign (+).
