I have been with Tmobile for a couple of years now. I thought the merger between T mobile and Sprint would help with coverage and reception but it has not. I work remotely since the pandemic began in 2020 and I have struggled with T mobile’s wireless service and they do not seem to be concerned or offer other options to help. My family and I will be switching back to Verizon the higher bill is worth reliable service.
