T-mobile over 100 days has not returned my money
I called to have new services. I paid for activation fee. We changed our mind. we never active any service or account with them. We never used any thing or services. We called and cancel our request. We called them and asked for returning our money. They always say they will do in next day, in two days, in one week, in 10 days in two weeks. It is over 100days. I talked to many their employees. They probably put over 200 hours to help me and I am still in and talking with them. They got my bank routing and account number to refund me.

hate to say it but contact them again through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter so there is a paper trail so to speak...plus using one of these routes lands you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support...better odds of getting things fixed.
