The same thing happened to my husband. They sent him a bill after he canceled home internet service and sent the equipment back within the 15-day trial period. He was also locked out out his account. When he canceled, they did not turn off autopay and charged him $60. He filed a dispute with his bank and the charge was permanently reversed. I don’t understand being charged after canceling within the trial period and sending the equipment back within the trial period. The sent him a final bill after the payment was reversed. So, if this is legit, why would the bank reverse the charges? Makes absolutely no sense!
