t-mobile App not working?

The app hasnt been working all day..Ive been getting sorry something went wrong..  we werent able to process your request.. anyone else been getting this?

    Been having the same issue for the last 3 days. Would love to find out what I can do to resolve this issue.

    Hi, my app isn’t working either. This morning I happened to been using my iPad and the app is working on it but not my iPhone doesn’t make sense. I’m going to wait to late in the day call customer service and ask why!!!
