I keep getting this message Anytime I tried to log in
contact TMO either through calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support)
also what all have you attempted on your end to fix it? restart the phone? connect to wifi in hopes of using wifi calling to get your signal back?
