Scam Shield blocking our own T-Mobile numbers?

Scam Shield enabled on both my wife's and my phone...when we call each other the call appears as “Scam Likely”.  We had to manually set to allow to receive... I discussed this with a rep over a month ago to fix in their system yet the issue remains.  Hey T-Mobile, we’re your customers NOT SCAMMERS!
