Runaround for Porting Number - Legally Fraudulent Evidence
For past 3 days T-Mobile is giving me runaround to port my number from Xfinity to T-Mobile. Every time I call T-Mobile Number Transfer Case Works I am given a new story. First I was informed that my Xfinity account information is incorrect. Then I was informed is that my Zip Code is wrong. Then I was informed that PIN was incorrect. Then I was informed again that my account # was incorrect.
It is sad that after providing every detail of my porting account was provided to T-Mobile 6 times but it is not been taken seriously.
I have documentary evidences of T-Mobile response in case this incidence were to go legal.

This is primarily a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that don't have account access.
If you want to escalate this you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter. They are a higher tier of support and look into this for you.

Unfortunately some ports take longer to do and in some cases numbers can't be ported due to restrictions.

Nope this is not about time-to-port issue. It is about the errors committed by T-Mobile. It is unwise to generalize without visiting the specifics. One’s performance should not be hidden behind the FCC rules and regs.
Had I not scheduled a conf call between Xfinity and T-Mobile, I would have never discovered multiple errors committed by T-Mobile. Kindly ask your investigative team to get in touch with your Number Transfer Case Work team and kindly use the Request #: 652902300221264. You will discover the evidence of the multiple requests and mistakes committed by T-Mobile not only in front of me but also in front of a 3rd Party evaluator and Xfinity Port Out team.
This does not shed the purple light on the performance of T-Mobile.
