Retrieve my old phone number

I want to receive a very old phone number from 2020 also the email if that's possible. 

I need my lid phone number so I can login

Call the number. If someone answers then it’s been given out if not you may still have a shot at getting it back.

how long ago are we talking? few days? weeks? months? usually they will hang onto a number once its no longer being used for a certain amount of time before it gets recycled to a new account/user..
