Refill your T-Mobile account not possible
Hello, I get a message every month telling me to top up my account. I only used this number for my vacation in the USA and no longer need it. The problem is that I can no longer log in to my T-Mob...
After 60 days after the funds run out the account will close and the phone number will be reissued after 90 days.
Consider the email as a courtesy in reminding you to refill and not lose the number.
I used this number in March 2024. And never paid since then. So its longer than 90 days ago.
