UPS REPORTED MY DEVICE AS MISSING

Same thing happened to me in December, finally got refund 3 months later after numerous calls and messages to them. Just ordered another phone and guess what, UPS "lost" this one too! Watched on their tracker the day it was supposed to be delivered and the phone was out for delivery then the package just disappeared. It's been days, no one seems to know where it went. I agree, someone at UPS stole it and this is obviously happening too often. Why hasn't tmobile done anything about it? Why do they continue to ship with UPS? Time to change carriers.
