Tmobile rebate card doesnt work through Northlane
Hello. I recently switched to tmobile and went through hoops to get my virtual rebate card, and yet the card still does not work. I talked with customer service and ended up ordering a physical card ...
Wow 5 months later and I’m having the same issue. I even had an issue trying to set up my online tmobile 5g internet account and had to contact their facebook account to get actual help.
