We just switched to t-mobile last year and it has been the worst decision ever. We have had nothing but problems with our phones. Dropped calls, loosing my network and having to restart the phone, people unable to hear me when they call, etc. It has been the worst experience with any cell company. We have called customer service and went into the store countless times, but they can’t find the problem. I am so fed up with them. I wish I would have done my research before going to this horrible company.
