T-Mobile promotional MasterCard

I see lots of questions here but no answers; is anyone moderating this thread or do I need to be looking somewhere else for answers?!?
I’m trying to find my rebate, where is it located on the site? It has been approved and I accessed it on my phone but now that I’m on my computer, I cannot locate it.
