my account is suspended after setting up a payment arrangement
I don’t understand my account got suspended even though I have a payment arrangement set up the bill doubled I can’t call customer service or anything What I am supposed todo?

I’m am really disappointed in this process I scheduled a payment arrangement on the phone but was able to make a portion of that payment sooner went to cancel the arrangement and on line won’t let me further more they didn’t have me as the the primary account holder but managed to get my payment information I guess from sprint I was never asked to switch to T-Mobile in the first place very very disappointing
