How to switch from post pay to prepay plan

The link below shows the steps to convert from a post paid plan to a Tmobile prepaid connect plan. Looks like you need to buy a prepaid sim to start with.

i found it….what 4 different alleged customer service reps were telling me was WRONG….

the simple answer is to sign up as a new customer through the website. i didn’t know you could actually transfer your account that way…….alleged customer service insisted they had to do it, but they had no clue how!!!!!!!!
