Certain texts are not received.

I just moved over to T-Mobile a few months ago, but I started noticing that texts from our work automation system no longer comes through. We called support, they looked at this for weeks and finall...

To cut down on spam, T-Mobile has limited these types of texts to government and verified businesses.  I don't know how you have a company submit to added to the verified list of businesses but it can be done.

My company is a huge university, state owned.  They don't seem too concerned with losing a customer, so I will attempt to get it fixed one last time, or it is most likely off to AT&T I go.
