I am looking to submit my Verizon bill to T-Mobile via-email. However, the email address that was provided is not correct. ( RCSoultion@t-mobilesupport.com) can someone please provide the correct...
I believe solution is spelled wrong. So try RCSolution@tmobilesupport.com
I had problems with this as well. I was even texted the wrong address by the customer support person. although she was very nice. The correct email is rcsolutions@t-mobilesupport.com.
