    Call Customer Care.  They can get your payment.info entered manually and make sure everything is setup properly.

Website broken. Tried to connect for help to chat -- no action. “I’ll send you to someone” there was no someone. 

Tried to call - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH 

After 40 minutes on hold, had to go.

Looking up nearest AT&T office now...
