Sounds exactly like my experience. All attempts to actually pay or re-enroll just end with a button click that dies and does apparently nothing. I have to call my credit card company to see if there are multiple duplicate charges from all this nonsense.

Website broken. Tried to connect for help to chat -- no action. “I’ll send you to someone” there was no someone. Tried to call - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH After 40 minutes on hold, had to go. Looking up nearest AT&T office now...

The autopay system seems broken down for me, too. This is crazy. My service is suspended with no notification and no reason given. It worked fine for years until a few months ago, and now totally broken payment system.
