Promotion
I signed up, put in my submission for the promotion request. I have home wi-fi only. I am sitting at week 8 of 10 and zero updates. It just says: Good news! We received your submission. If the promotion has any other steps for you to qualify, please complete them soon. We’ll be in touch once you’ve completed the steps.
I have completed the steps, the directions I received were to set up my account, created the t-mobile ID and all is done and has been done for WEEKS. I reached out to online support and I was told everything was in good order, that was WEEKSS ago. Still nothing. i have a feeling I am going to get screwed out of this promotion deal. Good to know I took a screen shot of their employee telling me I had everything in order :)
