Please amend my bill
I am a T-Mobile customer. I upgraded to iphone 14 pro max after using s10+, but returned the device. However, I have been charged for the device, so please request a correction.

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support either by calling Tmobile or using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support. Also it may take a billing cycle for the refund to show on your bill.
