PHONE UPGRADE QUESTION
I noticed I am paying a lease payment on a very old phone on one of my phone lines. I need to know if my account is due for a phone upgrade. My phone number is . Please let me know asap. Thanks!
You can check in your my.T-Mobile.com account by clicking on the lone you are wondering about. You can also give Customer Care a call and they will be able to tell you whether or not that line is eligible for an upgrade. You can also reach out to T-Mobile by sending them a DM on either Facebook or Twitter to inquire as well.
