Phone Upgrade Issues
Does anyone know why T-Mobile will not work with competitors as far as matching their phone promotions? That is just wrong that I may switch after being with T-Mobile for 10 years just to get a phone.
The last 2 phone upgrades I did was at Best Buy and they were the same if not cheaper than Tmobile with no upgrade fee.
