Just signed up with T-Mobile &amp; my phone makes half of a ring then straight to voicemail

My husband's phone has been doing that too. It started 2 weeks ago. I wonder if this has something to do with the merge....

I have this problem also. But from the caller’s end, they hear 3-4 rings before it goes to vm.&nbsp;
