Payoff my phones from previous carrier
Hello,
I just transferred to T-Mobile & had a balance due on 2 of my phones. I was told when I transferred to T-Mobile that they would payoff my phones from my previous carrier. I just payoff off the balance of the phone with them. How do I get reimbursed for the amount I paid my previous carrier for my phones?
