Payment History

Because I’m self-employed and work from home, I need to record and total all of my T-Mobile payments for the tax filing year.  Luckily, I save all of my paper bills and can use them to compile the information needed, but it’s a timely process.

Does anyone know where I can find all of my payment history so that I can download or screenshot the information?

  • Your bank or whatever you use to pay your bill with.  Some banks allow you to search for certain transactions over a period of time, making it easy to print off and see your payments for a specific payee.

  • Is T-Mobile becoming like a lot of other companies, pushing their customers' questions and needs off on to others?  Because of a bad cyber actor during the 2024 Tax Year, I wound up with multiple bank accounts some of which don't exist anymore.  It is simple a software programing effort to be able to provide a summary list of all the payments made to T-Mobile during a Tax Year.

Having multiple banks over the 2024 tax year because of the actions of a bad actor, my "Bank" accounts do not have the information that you should be able to provide to your customers, as in my case, being a LONG time customer with Sprint before T-Mobile bought it.

You should be able to print them out from PDF from online account under billing.  I believe you can also do it from the mobile app. Been a while since I opened that up.
