Hi! i´m out of the US and i need to pay my account. I dont have any chat or anyone that can reply to me,as I´m trying to pay by card and doesn´t work. And they are sending me e mails that will cancel...
Prepaid or Postpaid? You should be able to call 611 from your T-Mobile device to reach Customer Care. If your line is suspended, that should still work. If your line has been cancelled and it is prepaid, the number is probably going to be available to be reassigned soon, if it isn’t already.
