Offer eligibility

How can I tellif I am eligible for an offer?   Thx, Harper

    If you mean, the free line offer that went live today.  Customer Care or the T-Force Team can let you know.  I asked and was told my account wasn't eligible.  Apparently the promo is not available for most and yet know one seems to want to mention the criteria for it either.

@syaoran Yes, I am interested in that offer, I thought that there would be TMO MDOS on this page that could assist. I have not been able to get through on Twitter or facebook.
