Not Getting 2FA SMS
I’m a postpaid Magenta Max customer. There are no call blocks or other line holds on my account. But I am not receiving ANY 2FA SMS verification texts from anyone - TMobile, Bank of America, Google...
Reach out to Customer Care at 611 or the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter and have them enable shortcodes on your account.
