need help transferring a number

For some reason the website gives me some weird error and makes me reload the page.

    ok gotcha. for this you’ll want to contact TMO directly. the site here is primarily peer to peer assistance..you’ll want to hit them up either through calling in or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.
